• IT consulting for businesses

  Review of the existing infrastructure, choice of hardware and software, security, backup and business continuity. A single point of reference for technical decisions and for dealing with vendors.

• AI consulting

  AI in office work: documents, emails, quotes and procedures. Automation with models such as Gemini and Claude, with checks and human review; hands-on staff training; attention to privacy, GDPR and the AI Act when choosing data and vendors. Examples from my own projects: Scientifico and Diramo.

• Websites, apps and web tools

  Custom websites, management tools and web utilities in PHP, JavaScript and MySQL, or WordPress when you need a site you can update yourself. I also build Android apps with the same technologies. Examples: CoolZone WebRadio's website and app.

• Automation and integrations

  Workflows that run on their own: publishing content, sharing it on social media, connecting a website to external services through APIs, with automated checks. Examples: Scientifico and Diramo.

• Hardware and network support

  Setup and configuration of workstations, servers, printers and networks; troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Support and training

  User support and hands-on training, so people can use their tools on their own.

What kind of clients do you work with?

Mostly small and medium businesses, professionals and freelancers who don't have an in-house IT team or need extra support.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. In Apulia I also work on site; consulting, development and most support can be done remotely anywhere in Italy.

How much does a website or a consultation cost?

I have no fixed price list: the cost depends on the work involved. Once I understand what you need, I send you a tailored quote.

How long does it take to build a website?

A presentation site usually takes a few weeks; a custom management tool depends on its features. Timing is stated in the quote.

Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes: updates, maintenance and fixes when needed, or an ongoing agreement.

If we bring AI into the business, what happens to our data?

Before suggesting a tool, I check where the data ends up and whether the provider uses it to train its models: many free services do, while business plans and paid APIs usually don't. It's the same check I make as an IT manager with every vendor.

Does using AI in the business require a paid subscription?

Not always. Free versions are often enough for a first try, without entering confidential data; for daily use with business data you usually need a business plan or API access, paid by usage. We decide which one together before we start.
